They remove them as soon as they're posted.   I don't see how YouTube can prevent people from posting unauthorized content.  If they allow it to remain, then yeah, I can see the problem.

Don't know if that was posted, but some of the comments are funny as hell. As for the video, well it is pretty farged up.
