Was reading thru the first few pages of this thread which took place in 2006. February 19, 2006. After pummeling a booking for multiple weeks betting collage and pro basketball by way of a ton of positive variance. I finally have a losing week. It is Sunday and I am down north of $2,000. I decide to bet on Villanova to get even as they have always been my favorite college B-ball team and have been on a crazy roll. I am deterred by a line of Nova -9 so flip my pick to Georgetown +9 for an amount that would put me in the black. With 2:30 minutes left Nova was up 2 and Georgetown had the ball. Then my favorite player Kyle Lowry busted a nut all over Georgetown and my life was never the same. In truth since that day I don't think I have been able to wholeheartedly root for Villanova ever again. I was cruising for a bruising and it would have happened at one point or another. Even now I can feel how I felt in that moment as the clock struck 0. It has been so long since I've thought about it.

the thread is going on 8 years old so obviously there isnt a total +/-.....but i religiously post my bets and results....i dont know my +/- without looking it up in my journals but over the last 3-4 years ive been around 68% cfb and 35% all other sports

You don't want to bet the under on the Eagles total wins next year. It is a losing venture. You will spend the whole year rooting against the Eagles just to prove you are right. If they win you lose. If you are an Eagles fan you shouldn't book action against them as it will wear on your inner faithfulness to the team. Unless you are sincerely rooting against them if you think Chip is detrimental to this team. I can't see how that is that case. Give him a shot. Wear the white cloak and not the dark one. The dark one leads to ruin either way.
