Texans at Ravens (-9.5)
Packers at Niners (-9.5)
Bucs at Lions (-6)
Chiefs at Bills (-3)
In my perfect world both BAL and SF lose. Hopefully GB can stay hot and the Texans defense has a plan for Lamar.
j boy riding for his texans! love it
cant recall a more boring set of games. Chiefs bills seems interesting tho.
I like a lot of what Houston has. Will Anderson was one of my favorite college players to watch and I always liked Demeco.
Chiefs and Bills is interesting to see if crybaby Mahomes can win on the road in this spot. But tbh I'm sick of both of those teams.
theres a universe where the eagles dont collapse, they are the 1 facing dallas and its sf/det in the other
but instead its baker mayfield vs jared goff and 2 9.5 lines
Would be shocking if a team other than SF comes out of the NFC. Felt that way long before the playoffs started. There's a gulf between them and anyone else. The rest of the NFC games were always going to be perfunctory.
Ravens are the class of the AFC but the situation is not the same.
I want Baltimore v. San Fran for the Super Bowl. Leave flyover country to watch how they do it in civilized parts of the Republic.
This time they'll just talk about how San Fran won because they didn't have that uppity thug who hates America at quarterback.
In before little hitler points out my love for the AFC thug "qb."
In a perfect world SF gets got with Purdy playing the entire game so those whiny fargs can shut up.

Not gonna lie, it would be funny if he got knocked out of the game in the first series too.
Yes that would be. The Niners fans would be apoplectic
Raven -5.5 1h lock n load
havas grabbing a coupla natty boh's and rooting on the Ravens
people dont know this but his basement is a ravens shrine...he calls it the flock house

What did he do with all the Washington Football Team memorabilia
Texans are gonna hate themselves if they lose a close game. A shtein ton of penalties and now a missed FG. Idiots.
Ravens fans sphincters are tight enough that they'd squeak when they walk now
Stadium is quiet
Nice drive stalled by a dumb trick play
Baltimore beat that ass in the 2H
Onto the next one - Go Pack Go
Long ass drive by GB but they stalled in the red zone and had to settle for a FG
Home cooking on that spot for SF
GB fails on a tush push deep in SF territory
Damn
wonder what howie and jeff are thinking watching jordan love
GB once again settled for a FG after stalling deep the the red zone
They've run like 30 plays in SF territory and only have 6 points.
Down 7-6 despite dominating is no bueno
Mr Flat Bill with some of the dumbest clock management ever. It puts early years Andy to shame.
On GB46 with a minute to go a three TOs and he played for a long FG that was blocked lol
Boy these refs have been shtein - another lousy spot on an obvious first down and GB had to burn a challenge
Then they missed a facemask right after
And lol SF with a 41yd PI on 3rd and 20
Finally TD GB!!
Mother of god what a sequence
CMC long TD 14-13
Keshawn Nixon almost houses it and at the SF 25 the ball is punched out and some GB dude comes flying in to make a great recovery
Pack have to get another TD here
packers going from favre to rodgers to love
eagles going from mcnabb to wentz to hurts
Idiot kicker.
GB has torpedoed the over in this game and now they're in danger of losing bc of their red zone and SF territory ineptness
What a stupid farging throw.
SF escapes. Totally didn't deserve that one.
Quote from: PhillyPhreak54 on January 20, 2024, 08:56:00 PMHome cooking on that spot for SF

Damn
8 out of 11 SF defenders were offsides and he still got the first down but the Refs farged GB over on the spot. I shut the game off at that moment. Glad Deebo got hurt, though. Too bad it wasn't fatal.
Lions are Lioning
Good grief. About to score a TD with a 95yd drive right before the half
Lions better win this thing. This Bucs team, which went 9-8 in the worst division in the league, making the NFC Championship would be a travesty.
Yeah it would be horrible.
Either way we all need to go to Havas' Flock House basement to root for the Ravens if either TB or SF make it.
Every play so far has been weird.
Slippery Mahomes there twirling out of that sack.
Chiefs tie it at 3
Need Bills and under for a nice lick
How the farg do you leave Kelce that wide open?
Shirtless Kelce celebrating his brothers touchdown from Taylor's booth is gold to the NFL.
Maybe shirtless sit ups in the driveway next since that can also can also get you a lot of coverage.
Jason is still shirtless lol
The Eagles somehow beat these teams two months ago.
Bills are pissing down their legs.
Score and cannot stop KC
And they just ran a godawful fake punt with Hamlin deep inside KC territory and they're about to score a TD
Oh shtein!! That's a touchback!! Hartman fumbles out of the end zone.
Hope the refs don't farg this up
Whiny ass Pat gets a call
Bullshtein PI on BUF on a major 3rd down
Bills window just shut.
Nantz with the mush
Holy farg
He Norwooded it.
Wow.
God dammit
cursed ass franchise
Allen on 2nd and 3rd down was bad.
And then the double jinx by the screen graphic of him being 9/9 on such kicks and Nantz passing along McDermotts faith in Bass
What a gut wrenching loss for Bills fans.
And the Chiefs are like cockroaches. I hope Baltimore murders them.
Go Lions
Go Ravens
Sorry, but I'm not one of those that laps Andy Reid's balls, farging guy couldn't do it in Philly. Yes, I'm bitter.
But if the Chiefs do play the Niners in the Super Bowl, oh my God, I will lap his balls
taylor swift always wins
you people dont know
Anyone but lions or bills so the eagles can stay ahead of at least two franchise...chiefs ravens niners are way beyond the birds so who cares if they win
are you talking like total super bowls or franchise cache
either way, this is psychotic
Obviously you root for the Lions so that the Eagles look even more inept in comparison.
I'm 44 years old, I don't give a farg about who won what rings before the current players were even born.

All of the above...theres very few legit nfl franchises worse than the eagles...detroit cleveland buffalo are probably three of them...i choose for none of them to possibly pass the eagles...plus i get so jelly at the media coverage these jinxed teams get
even with the pathetic 1 title the eagles are def an upper echelon franchise...theyre consistently good and are rarely a shteinshow. i dont know what are youre on, but i would google "therapist maryland" and start there
Munchausen fan syndrome
QuoteEach particular case of factitious disorder presents itself differently and is derived from various etiologies. However, there is an overarching belief that patients experience the uncontrollable urge to maintain the sick-patient role, acting as a type of behavioral addiction.[4] This contributes to the prolonged behaviors associated with the disorder.

One title in a trillion years and no back to back division titles in almost 20 years is not consistently good
Last 15 years eagles five divisional titles giants two superbowls...lol
it doesnt make me feel any better...i dont get off on rooting for a more competent team than the vikings, but the eagles are not at the bottom of the league.
if you want a real laughing stock philly team, theres one that hasnt won a title since 1983, hasnt made it out of the second round since 2001 and poops its pants on and off the court every year. but the giants won 2 titles when i was in college! oh poor me! (im nearing 40)

they all are an atrocious embarrassment....thats kinda the point...but you make a good point that you are definitely way too young to understand...youve lived the golden years
Bills fans are not taking that result well right now. I feel legit bad for them.
theyll feel alot better tomorrow when trump wins new hampshire
Not my friends. All die hard libs.

what about the last 24 years.
49ers cowboys 2023 - 46M
cowboys packers 2016 - 48M
bills chiefs 2024 - 50M
an absurd number
I'll be surprised if Jackson vs Mahomes doesn't shatter 50 million
it will if game quality is there
chiefs/bills had a 50M avg and a 56M peak. a blowout can drag anything down.

Oh, guaranteed. With Swift in attendance, I'd be shocked if it doesn't. She'll bring millions of viewers herself, just for the three or four quick shots of her they feed the viewers.
the taylor swift thing is beyond comical...she isnt adding really any extra viewers. she adds tons of additional social media buzz, which certainly counts for a lot.
The NFL is delighted to have her.

Rare take for someone on CF to be overestimating the American public this much.
wake up this morning to this WaPo article:
https://www.washingtonpost.com/parenting/2024/01/23/dads-daughters-bonding-over-football-taylor-swift/
"Not every NFL fan has liked how often NFL broadcasters turn the camera toward Swift, but the league has benefited from increased television ratings and revenue..."
and
"[Father] says [daughter] now watches [football] weekly to see Swift "happy and in a new element." (She also watches "New Heights," a YouTube show and podcast hosted by Kelce and his brother, Jason, also a star football player.)"
Who shall I trust, Unemployed Little Hitler, or WaPo? Tough call.
Yeah I have run across some women (both older and younger) who see my Eagles hat or shirt or whatever when out and about and will mention how they like Kelce and watch the podcast bc of Travis. And that is solely bc of TayTay
If you don't think swifties are turning that game on just to see what Taylor swift is wearing you are insane.
they can see it on tiktok...there is no actual evidence to suggest that viewership increasing are directly due to her connection to KC. im a bigger swiftie than all of you combined, but games dont move like these are moving because of this.
I lol'd at imagining lil guy cruising along the Schuykill jamming out to TayTay like Michael Bolton in Office Space rockin out to Scarface.
