I don't feel a pressing need to do it. My MBP is on the old side, hardware side, so I'll wait a bit to see how it shakes out for others.

I'm now seeing notices from software vendors, explaining what programs are having problems with Lion. Seems like a good plan to wait until they have the wrinkles ironed out.
