Title: Reggie Brown Signed.

:yay

QuoteBrown, the latter of two second-round picks, shined during his college career at Georgia. He impressed in the spring and will push Greg Lewis and Billy McMullen for playing time.

LOL.  Kent is such a dumbass.   :-D

I can't wait to see Brown and Moats this camp.  I hope Reggie Brown can pick up this offense fairly quick.

It wouldn't surprise me at all to see him contribute right away.

It would blow my mind.  A Reid rookie receiver catching passes?  :-D  Don't get me wrong, I love to see it.  But :-D

Contribute = 20-30 catches / 300-400 yds. I think that's reasonable.  :paranoid

I did.  I've said it since the moment he was drafted.  I knew this guy would be nothing but trouble from the get go.  McCoy is lucky TO is around to steal all of the negative press that would otherwise be directed towards him.  :paranoid

No one latched on to sponsor him.  2nd round Eagles LB's are a dangerous stock in which to invest.

And one to go. That's sweet. :yay FO!

You know, I have to say that after years of following this team the current Eagles ownership and FO has really built the entire structure into an organziation to be proud of as a fan. I've always been proud to be an Eagles fan (even when they sucked), but it's the first time in a long time that the entire organization seems to be building itself up into something that's quality from top to bottom. I only wish I lived closer to Philly again so that I could take in the Linc and everything else up there.

Get a Westbrook jersey, mofo! We all saw how the Eagles fare without him. Show you're a true fan of the team by getting his jersey.

Hmmm...I may take that into consideration.  However, I do need to get a McNabb jersey and the only thing that would prevent me from getting a Westy one is his current contract status.

My boy and I both have Westbrook jerseys.  Mine's in black, which is really sharp.  Only reason I got a player instead of my name (which is what I usually do) is that you can't customize the black jerseys.  Here's to hoping contract negotiations go smoothly. ;)

Here's the case for my boy McNabb:

Record in the 5½ years before McNabb became the starter:  39-50, 1-2 in the playoffs.  No further than the divisional playoff.

In the 5½ seasons since McNabb became the starter:  61-25, 7-5 in the playoffs.  Four times in the NFCCG, once in the Super Bowl, and a promise of more to come.

Last season was his best as a pro.

He's the leader of one of the best teams in football over the past five seasons.

Oh, and it will be much easier to find his jersey...  :paranoid

the majority of the horde of Eagles fans that showed up here in Chicago for the Bears game had one of three jerseys:

- McNabb
- Westbrook
- TO

If you want to be "different", buy a Rod Hood or Sam Rayburn jersey.

Greg Lewis was well represented in our section, it was cool about 10 to 15 authentic jersey's, his family was representing!!

Get an authentic Mike Patterson jersey NOW!  For obvious reasons, Mike will be a key contributor to the Eagles for years to come.  However, with another M. Patterson currently on the roster, now is the time to act and get the jersey with "MIKE PATTERSON" on the back.  In a month or so, when the other guy is cut, all the Patterson jerseys will be churning out with simply "PATTERSON".  But YOU can prove you're a die-hard Mike Patterson fan for the rest of his career by getting the jersey before the change is made.  Act fast!  This other Patterson LB dude has very little chance of lasting on the roster much longer.

I wouldn't be in a hurry to bring in McCoy.  He has no shot to start this year IMO and can pick up the special teams.  Sign him for five years so when we lose Adams and Sims, he will be starting with a "cheap" contract.  :yay

GET YOUTR REGGIE BROWN JERSEY NOW AND HERE'S WHY...

Let's look at the receivers

TO................................................................ :poison  :deion
Pinkston...................................................... :-D
Lewis...........................................................  :yay :yay :yay
McMullen......................................................  ::) :P
Reggie Brown.............................................. all he has to do is catch a few passes and not trip and fall and he is an improvement over most of them.  As things stand right now, he and Lewis are likely to be the only WR still on the roster in three years.  At least your jersey will still have some relevance then.

There you have it, case closed...

MURP - This one's for you:

Sitting in my closet wrapped up is an autographed Brain Dawkins 2002 Pro Bowl authentic game jersey.  I was able to score one from a friend of mine who is involved locally with the NFL merchandising during the Pro Bowl.  Another freind had access to the players and she got it signed.  I want to wear the thing so badly.  It is awesome.  One day I'll cave in and wear it out.  Like to a wedding or some formal event.

I wore a white Darth jersey to the Eagles carnival a few years ago.  When I was up to get his autograph on a picture he signed the pic and then grabbed my jersey and signed it too.  Once I got home a packed it away to never be worn again. I figure one day I'll get it framed and hang it on the wall.  So I just wear his green jersey now.

I've got a pretty extensive autograph collection.  I used to use a spare bedroom as an office, and that was where everything was, but alas that disappeared as my son came into the world.  Now we've painted the room "raspberry mocha," which to me looks like mud.

We also built a new "living/rec room," and some of my pristine stuff is going out there.

Unfortunately, the one thing that I have very little of is Eagles stuff.  I have a Freak helmet, but it's from his Titan days (he lives in Ft. Myers and did a free signing along with Edgerrin James for a sports center) and a Tommy McDonald mini helmet that I bought.  Unfortunately, not much of a chance to get Eagles stuff down here.  :'(

Got a boatload of Phillies stuff from Spring Training, though, including a ball I got from Tug McGraw.  He was an awesome signer.  :yay  And I do have a Rod Brind'Amour jersey (he was my favorite Flyer) that he signed, becaues the Hurricanes train in Ft. Myers.

Phreak and Murp, I'm jealous.  I would give my eyeteeth for a Dawkins jersey.  My favorite current Eagle.  Would look perfect in the rec room.

sweet!

So I just wear his green jersey now.

it was a CLASSIC moment. When Darth grabbed his jersey and said, "You want me to sign this too?" MURP's eyes got all wide and was like, "uh-huh"..no real words. It was hilarious.

He splooged a little, didn't he.
