GOW is awesome, muss. Just started playing R6, didn't like it much at first but I just got to the Casino part and its growing on me.

Don Ho

junior picked this game up last week.  he loves it and the claim about it being "epic arcade baseball action" is correct.  I was watching my son play it and it looked like a pinball machine on the screen.  I'll pass.

Played some co-o last night in GOW, pretty cool, def going to take sometime getting used too. Just got to Vegas in Rainbow Six. Pretty tough game. Online play is pretty fun.

Its not overly difficult but the difficulty level did catch me off guard. Sort of reminds me of Splinter Cell as far as ops go.

what i love about it is that it's not just a run around and shoot 'em up game, but it's not like other games where you need farging military training practically.  it's perfect for what i want to play.

Well, I just got my $100 XBox 360 (heh) and I'm set up on XBox Live.  My screen name, for anyone interested, is zanshin825.  Get me while my Madden skills are at an all-time low.

Getting used to the XBox controls blows-- my first game I kept jumping offsides thinking I was adjusting my secondary alignment.

Hope the next version of Madden for the 360 is better-- other than a few graphical things, this version pales in comparision to the Playstation 2 edition.  No traning camp, no mini games...wtf?  And why doesn't speed seem to be as much of a factor on the 360?

For some reason the Search function isn't working for me today.  Anyway, I have the Xbox live screen names for Mussa and Seabiscuit36, but does anyone else have one they'd like to share?

I havent bought Madden since i purchased my 360, EA has completely farged up the game.  I'll just keep playing NCAA

my wife got me Madden when she got my Xbox for christmas last year, it was really brutal.

apparently the re-built the game this year and it should be better.  i think i'll give it one more shot, otherwise i'll stick to college.

I like it better that way. In real life, it doesn't take Peyton Manning 4 seconds to run 10 yards. Everyone in the NFL is a lot closer in speed than you think, but it's only apparent over distances, not a couple of yards. It does make a difference.

That said, Madden on the 360 is much better than it has been on PS2 (considering they'll be putting in everything again this year) but I still won't buy it. Basically same game with some gimmicky adjustments here and there that make some parts seem cooler, but it's still the same. I'll just enjoy NCAA for an entire football season this year.
