Shall we comb through the guys who threw a shtein ton of pitches and ever had their arms fall off?

MDS

prior and wood are the 2 that come to mind the most. they both had magic arms.

i think mike grace might just've sucked
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Arrieta actually resembles a good pitcher tonight.

Unfortunately, the Phillies' lineup makes any pitcher look good.

I'm fearing that Hoskins isn't salvagable at this point.

hoskins is still somewhat salvageable because he walks a lot. it only counts for so much but it buys him time to get his timing down
mccutchen you gotta trust the track record, id be patient there
the other 2 can fall into a volcano. kingery is miserable to watch...they should phantom IL him and give bohm some at bats

Same.

He's changed swings and stances and nothing works. He does walk a lot like lil guy said but you'd think at some point that would translate into seeing good pitches and doing something with them.

Kingery is in danger of being another hyped prospect who never pans out. No wonder why he did cartwheels to sign the deal they gave him.

Geowhizzer

It just seems to me that he's afraid to fail.  His problems aren't physical at this point, but mental.  And that can be the hardest thing to overcome.

Four Inning Vin baby!

Got him out before he could farg it up. Problem is the bullpen is now under the gun.

Hope Howard throws well in the night cap.

BP with another great outing. Bums
