Phillies are a second tier club in the NL at this point in the season. That's obvious. Past couple weeks were important for taking their measure against the competition.

Only question is whether they are still second tier at the AS break, or lower.

Jake Scheiner was my #43 Phillies prospect entering the year, he would be right about that or a little lower right now. I like him in the way that you like a guy that could be a major leaguer. He profiles as a 4 corners right handed bench bat.
