i just dont see doug as some insecure egomaniac who needs to surround himself with zeroes. thats what chip did.

not that hell hire some young hot shot who will steal his thunder...hes more of the guy that will keep the job open for weeks on end because he has no idea what he wants to do with it. which is kinda whats happening.
