Pats stayed in LA after smashing the Chargers on Sunday
Rams laying 4.5 after opening at -6.5
A lot of interesting matchups this week that I could see going either way.
Obviously the Birds game is not one of them.
Yeah this weekend should be good.
Unlike Jared Goff
And Cam Newton
#41 picked off Goff
And then #41 picked off Newton
Ugly goal line sequence there by Cam and Josh McDaniels. Two QB runs right up the middle. Dumb
Higbee had what, 3 TDs against the Eagles this year?
Seems like that was six months ago
Is the Rams defense that good or the Pats O Line that bad? Stidham got hit in half a quarter as much as Wentz has all year.
Both.
But more Rams defense. They've been on fire
Rams look so much more physical at every aspect of the game -defense, offense, special teams, than the birds at anything. Eagles have no one on defense that you'd say "what a bad ass, what a beast, guys a stud". Matter of fact other than Mailata they have no one period who you'd stop and think is a terror right now.
this will be the first time since 2008 the pats dont make the playoffs...how long ago was that? remember when the phillies were really good
Stop it!
Cam Wentz
bengals know exactly whats up...locking up the #3 pick right here
Brady is cooked.
Chiefs continue to look hung over
They'll both likely win but still
chiefs are so good they dont barely even have to try
wash gonna win the nfc east now with the giants getting run....thinking they get an nfc west team in rd1 either sea or la
The Eagles are going to have a chance to win the division in the last game of the season...watch.
And then Hurts leads them on a SB run! Throws the winning TD to Deontay Burnett
complete no show from cuzzo today too
some very smart football person told me was a top 10 qb
All four NFCE teams are absolute dogshtein... not really anything other than recency bias to justify picking a winner. So this week people think Washington but it'll probably change three more times before it's locked in.
I just hope whoever takes the division manages to win their wildcard game to really piss people off.
Oh, agreed. Whoever the NFCE champ is, I'll be rooting for them and cackling darkly from the bottom of my dead, ossified heart if they win.
I'll root for Dallas to Magoo their way into a win if it means Seattle goes home.
Actually, I'm lying.
If somehow Washington wins the division...I can't root for them, ever. Maybe they would win, and I could take some consolation in the fact that the NFCE farged things up for others...but I can't actually hope anything good FOR the team in Washignton.
so there is a very plausible scenario entering week 17
wash 6-9
phi 5-9-1
dal 4-11 (or 5-10)
nyg 4-11 (or 5-10)
if thats the case, eagles/wft play for the nfc east.

I'll cheer for Alex Smith's cybernetic leg and a worse draft position.

complete no show from cuzzo today too
some very smart football person told me was a top 10 qb
his no show was a 90 qbr and no interceptions while getting sacked six times
you are trying waaaaaay to hard
hes never won a big game in his life but im sure none of those losses were ever his fault
This mnf product is awful..
You'd think these fools, especially Jackson, would have changed cleats by now. shtein looks like a hockey game eh.
The talking morons after the worst.
Lamar has taken over with his legs. He's making them look silly
impossible to watch lamar and think the eagles can ever do anything even if wentz reverts back to the mean
Huge momentum swing
Marquise Brown cannot catch
Lamar went out for cramps
Browns working the Ravens defense
Best game of the year
Lamar it was speculated that he had the shteins when he went out
Browns take one point lead
McSorley comes in and gets hurt
Lamar comes back in and throw a TD to Brown
Wow
lamar just got let that stuff go...cant be missing plays because ya gotta take a trip to browntown
Holy farg Cleveland walks is down the field to score now
cleveland shouldve gone for 2 there. theyd have 2 outs even with a miss....onside and 3 timeouts. with lamar/tucker, chances are they were gonna get the 3 anyway.
What a game
Haha
I had Ravens -3

I don't have cable, so I haven't watched MNF this season. But I could watch last night because I live in Baltimore City.
The game itself was marvelous. A lot of incredible performances. J.K. Dobbins was on a mission, among others. I actually watched the entire game, it was so good.
But holy crap, the broadcast production is awful. All three of those dudes talk too much, and too long. They talk about shtein ain't no one want to hear--what you think of Miles Garrett's shenanigans last year, for example. And they talk about it instead of calling the game. Several plays never got a single mention of what happened at all because while it was going down, the idiots in the booth were yammering about something else. The replays were late, and superflouus. I want a replay of the play that just happened, especially when it was a first down catch at the sideline, or some other like, not a replay of two plays before, when someone game up a little gimpy.
Obviously, the problem with MNF is ESPN, because it's been lousy for years, through different iterations of announcers.
another note: I have loved how much more of the game you can hear without fans in the stands. I'll miss that when games return to normal. The MNF crew crapped all over that by filling every f'n second with their inane babbling.
I watch the games muted now. I'm used to it due to watching them in a sports bar anyway. I listen to music thru noise-canceling headphones most of the time during the games so I'm not interrupted by family bullshtein going on. Plus when I start yelling and cussing I can't hear them bitching at me to stfu. It's nice all around.
Its the same in baseball - execs think people want non stop talking. No letting the game breathe and any silence is frowned upon.
And then you have the desire, for whatever reason, to use three man booths. Riddick is good - he can break the game down nicely and offer FO perspective as well as a players perspective. Griese is useless. He's just a guy.
Look, former players need a retirement plan. Soon we're going to start having four man booths across the board, along with the lady doing sideline interviews and two more former players on the field chiming in about field conditions.
Ravens tried getting away with the Ball State defense.
