No.  It's pretty cool but I prefer landmarks and attractions to be unique to each city and Seattle already has one.

They are comparing it to the Space Needle because that's a classy and well-known building made for the '62 World's Fair, but the Philly needle sounds more like a half-sized version of Las Vegas Stratosphere, complete with casino and thrill rides. Cheesy.
