either you are against the soda tax itself on its own merits....or you are against all taxes because you believe government is hopelessly corrupt and no matter which tax is collected the money is going to be stolen

Sales taxes are consumption based.  I'd crush the property tax millage rate.  That hits the fat cats the hardest, although Philly gives 10 year abatements out like candy, so...
