Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Are they throwing Maple Sugar Cookies at the Bruins bus?

It would suck, getting all pumped to celebrate your town's first Stanley Cup and then nothing.  I'd burn the town down.

They just showed a live shot on the local news from Vancouver and people are out of control.   Just showed a dude all out of control and he throws one of those MMA elbows to some guys face, drops the dude and about 30 people converge on the tough guy and just beat the shtein out of him.

You stay classy Vancouver.  Great city but it's got some shtein holes like any big city.  Just a few blocks from the Arena is pretty nasty.

With the National Hockey League Entry Draft less than a week away and the potential for trades escalating this week and next with the free agency period looming, the salary cap will be going up by nearly $5 million next season.

Clubs and agents are being told next year's salary cap will be set at an upper limit of $64 million with a floor of $48 million.

During the 2010-11 season, the salary cap had an upper limit of $59.4 million.

The league's cap - entering its seven season under the current collective bargaining agreement - has risen every year since the end of the NHL lockout when the cap was set at $39-million.

i always get realignment boners even though hockey is for weirdo canadians.

but heres my question: if they are splitting it up 8 and 7 per division per conference, how do they group toronto, ottawa, montreal, boston, new york, new york isle, new jersey, philly and pittsburgh.

thats 9 teams. 2 have to either be grouped with columbus, detroit and those MA teams or 2 have to be grouped with washington, carolina, tampa, etc. hmmmm.
