One of the worst things about the www/social media/24hr sports networks is that it gives me way too much access to athlete's thoughts and personalities and opinions, and more often than not, I'm going to despise said athlete down to a molecular level. If there's one thing I miss about life, say 20 years ago, it's being able to enjoy an athlete being great at sports and not knowing or caring how much of a fleshpop he is.
