I had dinner at a place in Deland, Fl tonight called Emmy’s.  It’s a German pub style restaurant.  I had the filet, which was amazing, but the real revelations were the prime rib soup and German style potatoes.  I know none of you will ever eat there because why would you, but man, it was really great.

It is.  Basically it’s a dark vegetable soup with chunks of prime rib in it.  I could easily eat a pint of it.
