Vinny farging Testaverde is going to start for Carolina today because David Carr's back stiffened up on the team flight.

I can't believe Testaverde was the best Carolina could do once Delhomme went down.

He's only been in the league a couple years but I think it's already safe to say that he's the best kick returner of all-time.
