I just paid for my first speeding ticket in 8 years (73 in a 55). It sucked, but it made me remember how this used to be a regular part of my life. Between the ages of 16 and 24 I got 12 speeding tickets. That was an expensive habit.

they put speed cameras in and before I knew there was one at an intersection I travel daily, I had three tickets. all three tickets going exactly 12mph over, which is the trigger.
needless to say, I have slowed my roll to the point where I'm annoying other motorists.
oh well...farg you bastiches, I can't afford to keep pace with you

i travel the 95 corridor all the time (about 30k miles last year) and i haven't gotten a ticket in 10 years. I keep it about 10 over all the time.

they're all over in Baltimore city proper.
as far as the freeways, they're only at work zones so far (I think).
the threshold is 12mph over, so you're good.
I've started paying a lot more attention to what the speed limit is, and making sure I'm never more than 5mph over, just in case I miss a sign that it dropped, etc. I don't make much money, can't be pissing it away on speeding tickets.
