Dakota Boy and Coach Doofus, lol
bears are farging awful....so are the eagles...cleveland was farging awful so were the eagles....eagles were at home and won bears are at home and will win
Getting a break McPhee is out. Bears D will be better by the end of the year but it should still be zesty now.
Probably comes down to pressuring Cutler. Coinflip game.
Chicago aren't world beaters. A bigger test than Cleveland for sure tho
EL is right - it comes down to pressuring the walking mistake, Cutler.

wont he start running if you pressure him?
yes, but first the pouting then the running
lets just hope hes a running mistake
But he'll be easier to tackle if he's walking. I don't think you know how sportsball works.
im not totally into the football but wont the thrower guy run if someone is about to tackle him
Not if you sneak up on him.
The jokes...oh so funny
Zach Ertz - displaced rib
Leodis McKelvin - strained hamstring
both week to week
Burton should be good to go this week in case Ertz misses

Was pretty amazing watching Carroll have perfect coverage on Pryor and he still caught that deep ball then the Birds having triple coverage on Coleman and he still brings it in.
Yep. Mills was better than he was in preseason but the position is still pretty zesty. Could be a big game for Alshon.
Terrence Brooks would probably be active and Jenkins slides to corner when needed
the dougies go 2-0.
somehow, someway.

he can slide into the slot, but youre still leaving alshon on the outside against small ass carroll and young buck mills. not a good look.
alshon can get his against almost anyone so im not saying im comfortable with that but carroll with an over the top safety against alshon wouldnt be my biggest concern...its mckelvin being out and everyone else getting pushed up a rung into a position they arent ready for....id almost expect kevin white to have a huge breakout game more than i would alshon killing them altho obviously either could easily happen
I don't even know if you'd call it a letdown game considering they're playing on the road on MNF and they don't matchup well with the Bears, but I see a 23-17 type game with the Bears winning.
And I know this has nothing to do with the upcoming game but the Birds are 12-29-1 against the Bears all time.
i think every team has a letdown game after they play the browns

Several teams have them. Step up that NFL knowledge son

For this season only, the Birds should pipe in "Buddy's Watchin' You" instead of the fight song.

I feel like these teams are evenly matched. Both are bad. Bears have a better offense but the Eagles have a better defense. If Wentz is the real deal he can be the difference maker, but I need to see more before I'm a believer.

Supposed to make the game safer by having less KORs - incentivize them to kneel
Prob is coaches don't want to give up that extra five so a lot of kicking high and forcing returns and they're not even making the 20. So more KORs rather than less

BIg Balls Doug
Aka no kicker doug
Flag bails them out. This gonna be a score.
You all gotta see the the Justin Tucker Royal Farms commercial. F'n hilarious.
There goes the Bear who was lighting up Kelce all night.
That was a nice play design

Rarely do you see a 330 lb dude bend like a contortionist. That looked bad
Nice tackle, Huff.

Donnie Jones kicked the XP. The ESPN guys said that Sturgis looked okay kicking it....
Missed that. So WTF is going on?

Gruden is in the bag and the kicker is cramped.

My bad. I think.
nice strip rookie, unfortunately he's your teammate
Jalen Mills has an interesting perspective on man coverage. Maul the shtein out of the guy on every play and hope that any ball is uncatchable. Working so far.
Motherfarging John Gruden makes me shout "shut up" at the television. I'm a grown goddamn man.
I don't want any context for John Gruden hitting a man with a pool noodle. I'll just sit here and be glad I have it on mute.

Take a number
Only thing Gruden said that made any sense.
nice kick Matt Dodge
Kelce is getting blown 5 yards back basically every play
Lol Peters moves every time a defender jumps offsides...he knows how to draw the penalty
"That's farging holding, man!"
So maybe this team is decent?
You mean maybe Wentz is really good.
That's farging holding, ref!

Wait until they try to cover Antonio Brown next week.

Yeah that's not going to go well but D + Wentz is better than I could've hoped for. Pederson also looks competent and found a way to utilize Burton better than Kelly did.

Yeah, actually. Maybe this team is decent. Two games in a row the QB and Coach haven't made fools of themselves. Lots to be hopeful about. The QB needs to expose himself less. The Coach might run it a bit more often. What the farg to I know. I like what I see mostly.
Matthews is a knucklehead.
That was a real generous spot.
Yeah. Very iffy. No clue why he didn't just take the first and go out.

I'm going to assume he's as dumb as he is bad at catching footballs.
Well, they have 2/3 of the wins I was expecting for the season.
Hard to find a fault with Wentz through two games. Could've been bigger without the drops and penalties. Only throw he semi-missed was Agholor. Pederson has been nearly as impressive as Wentz. But dude is legit.
never saw 2-0 to start season. I'll take it.
Biggest point differential in the NFL through two games. Of course that's because they played two zesty teams, but at least this implies that there is some separation between the Eagles and those zesty teams.
so carson wentz huh

All I can think of is him taking the huge hits outside the pocket. He's been pretty much on point.
Hopefully he keeps it up and can dig in against tough defenses. He's got the brains and make up to do it. If he does keep it up he's gonna be a king in this city
Meanwhile the Browns and Rams staffs prob feel like drinking bleach

Lol if Stan Kroenke had a clue he'd fire Fisher and everyone else. But he's got his LA money now so he's all good. The Browns hired a bunch of moneyballers and just had to sign Charlie Whitehurst
scouting qbs isnt easy but i have no earthly idea why paul depodesta was making decisions...i was under the assumption he was a big picture guy, not really the guy saying draft him sign him. at least the browns got a bunch of picks and can get a top qb next year. so there is some hope.
the rams drafted an absolute lemon
MDS, you get points too. "Lemon".

Yeah. Now if he could just stop committing twice as many penalties as he draws.

The Browns are going to be the 1st NFL franchise to have their QBs on a pitch count. It's revolutuonary!
