Hank Eisses, 49, and Victor Vasquez, 68, were found shot to death at their apartment Aug. 27. They were both classified as Level III sex offenders, considered the type most likely to reoffend. Sex offenders in Washington are required to register with local authorities, and the information is provided on the Web.

I think so.  They often stay in halfway houses together, and police each other.  Kind of like a half way house for addicts..giving each other hell if they have porn, etc.

I saw this in the paper earlier today, not one person I talked to thought what he did was wrong.  I just don't get why he turned himself in he should have kept going. :fire

I also included NB in the child toucher halfway house scenario because most God Fearing, push your faith on others types, probably like to play doctor with the little ones.
