No, they made the right call. He had a helluva camp that year so I thought he should have been kept.

But the Andrews thing is dumb. They could have held onto him and saw what he had, if anything. If he balls, good. If he's broken down, peace out.

It was a good move because he was a team cancer.  He used and abused the team's trust in him.  He stole money from them.  His teammates couldn't count on him to be there because he had phantom injury issues plus his "depression" drama.

He had to go for no other reason than he used up whatever good will he had with the team.  I hope he bombs out on the Giants because he's playing for a hated rival but it is a shame that he punked out on the Eagles because he had unbelievable talent.
