all except for pressly have remaining years left, which is a thing for the phillies with dominguez and hoffman up at the end of the year. mcgarry, mercado, some other young arms could emerge but youre gonna want a backend arm set for 2025.
the tough thing is igy's orioles are even more desperate for a closer and ummmm they have a tad more prospects to deal from

the schedule is not even done and has not been released to teams. there is no way for anyone to know anything yet, other than requests teams make to the league. these are very common, and range from specific dates to host/not host to specific opponents on x week.
so based off of that, i correctly concluded that the eagles requested to host week 2. i also correctly noted that a sunday game cannot and will not be moved. a monday game being moved to thursday to one thing, the phillies are not moving a sunday game. they sell sunday plans, the gate difference between sunday and a weekday is stark. its not happening. and thus i correctly concluded that someone with the eagles informed kempeski of this and he farted it out there.
the game speculation is me just being a nerd. end scene.

NBC/Peacock: 1 conference final, sunday night games after nfl season, friday nights (this is probably peacock), other shtein
Amazon: tue/thu, some playoffs, in-season and play-in tourneys.
tnt is getting boxed out, even if they match the bids, because their bid is not equal to that of nbc or amazon, due to the latter's reach. i will explain reach if you want me to. i dont think you do.

Last post by MDS - May 09, 2024, 04:24:21 PMkerkering gave up one (1) run via a walk, a hit and run on a pitch 2 feet outside and an infield pop up misplayed by a not second baseman playing 2nd base. i think he will be ok. that specific 3 batter sequence is why baseball isnt a sport.
