Ok thanks. I'll def do that. I'm only taking the norco as needed so I'm weaning off. I'll take one tonight just bc the pain is up from yesterday.

I ended up napping for about half hour this afternoon. Hopefully I'll get at least four hours tonight.

I'm sure part of it is I'm out of my work/gym daily routine. Sitting around lends itself to keeping odd hours.

Well it was a given I was gonna mention it at my follow up. But I was more curious as to whether anyone had experienced the post op insomnia.

I've never had sleeping issues. Short of a night here or there over the years. But immediately after having a big operation I couldn't hardly sleep a wink. Last night was better though.
