Tiger is -7....nice recovery on the par 5 to birdie after bogeying the previous hole

Three left for him. If he can get to -9 tomorrow will be excellent

PhillyPhreak54

Well he bogeyed the 18th so he goes in at -6

Still good to see him playing well.

Saw that some dude is holding a 180/1 ticket for $100 on Charley Hoffman to win it

Rome

Shot farging 86 today.  AIDS.

Tiger Woods shot in the 60s in consecutive rounds of a single Masters Tournament for the 1st time since 2005.

Golf fanatics are a different breed

Anyone who will call in rule violations deserve to be beaten with a club

:-D  How farging true.  Any POS that does that should have all anonymity waived and their home address revealed to the public so we can burn their house down.  Preferably with them in it.

for the golf fanatics, its got to be tired seeing tiger nonstop when theres plenty of other stuff to go into. the problem is golf is DOA without tiger....in order to get people to watch/care, they need him.

PGA is farged without him.  Even as great as this kid is playing, everyone will be watching hoping for a Greg Norman/Rory McIlroy collapse by Speith and Tiger smelling blood.  PGA with Tiger, good.  PGA without Tiger, big problems.

They're pimping Spieth as the new golden child, but that's exactly the problem... he couldn't be more of a country club Caucasian if he tried.  And that's not insult either.  He's a good kid with all the right tools to dominate but the PGA has too many of them right now.  It's not really about race, though.  It's more about class.  They need working class champions that the 99% can get behind and cheer for.   McIlroy would be perfect if he wasn't a black Irishman.

LOL.  It's about both, always has been, and always will be.   The whole idea is to go where they can't to pass the time amongst your own.  It was a brilliant move to make some cheap ass courses for the proletariat.  Gives you someone to sell clubs to and creates a giant base of viewers for advertising revenue, but they still can't actually join your club.  Nice deal.  Good cover for being racist, sexist, classist scum.  Many of them will even defend you because they too "golf" (at the nine dollar course.)

When the revolution starts, one of the better acid tests for loyalty to the people will be golf.  Kill all the golfers and you'll come as close as any other broad scale in/out test could bring you.  And really, as messy as those kinds of things are, you really do have to separate the loyalists from the bourgeois pretenders at the very start.  So many will claim sympathy with the cause, but their only real sympathy is savng their own hides long enough to go back to pretending they're rich, or that rich people like them.

I'll be here all week.

And I think for many Masters to come.  This is fun.

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Dio is fired up.  I think he's secretly a golf luva, but the revelation that a hard core socialist working class hero such he loving golf would be too much for us to handle as a group.

it really has to do with golf being a hideous sport to watch....no one watches baseball anymore and its 1 billion times more entertaining than golf

there also was a real sports story last year I think that showed the massive decline in golf participation around the country....people just aren't playing it anymore and courses are closing at an alarming rate....one of the things being tossed around is making the holes 18 inches wide so its easier to play
