so right after malkin gets his face sliced by a ranger skate, they abc announcers had to do a spot for gilette.  he was like, i'm sorry about this, but always make sure your blades are sharp.  buy gilette.  it was funny.

Eastern playoffs are now set:

1 Montreal vs 8 Boston
2 Pittsburgh vs 7 Ottawa
3 Washington vs 6 Philadelphia
4 New Jersey vs 5 NY Rangers

The only one out west that's set is 1 Detroit vs 8 Nashville

PhillyGirl

Montreal/Boston is some serious old school rivarly stuff.  :yay
"Oh, yeah. They'll still boo. They have to. They're born to boo. Just now, they'll only boo with two Os instead of like four." - Larry Andersen

Montreal won all 8 this year too

The Western Conference is now set:

1 Detroit vs 8 Nashville
2 San Jose vs 7 Calgary
3 Minnesota vs 6 Colorado
4 Anaheim vs 5 Dallas

MDS

half the teams making the west playoffs have no business being hockey teams.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

The Sens could be 100000/1 and I still wouldn't waste a dollar betting on them.

OK, that's a lie, but you get my point.

I don't think the Flyers have a chance, but they should have better odds than the Bruins. The Bruins have been completely owned by the Canadiens throughout the entire season, and historically that's not a pretty matchup for Boston either.

it seems weird that the flames and sharks would start off with two games in a row before some series have even started.

ice grillin you

no need to move sharks flames around to accomodate television...they want that series over asap
