It's not even the day after and I'm already enjoying my first leftovers.  Best sandwich ever, toasted sourdough bread with leftover turkey, mayo, salt and pepper.

I just finished putting the leftovers in the fridge an hour ago and need to get to the dishes. The turkey was done an hour earlier than I was expecting, so everything was a mess, but I got to hold my new nephew for the first time, so that was okay.
