SR-71 Blackbird Part 1

The SR-71 vids aren't very cool unless you are into jet history and stuff.  The vids show two records set by the Habu in the late 60's:  NY to London in less than 2 hours, and London to LA in less than 5 hours.  I added these because I think they are cool -- while stationed in Okinawa, I used to watch these magnificent jets take off, go verticle until you couldn't see them anymore, and then again when they landed with the parachute dragging behind.  I was lucky to see them before the jets were retired.  Simply amazing these things were built in the 60's!

That was more scary than disgusting. Never saw that live either, but I know he came within minutes from dying. Brutal.
