Did you try hitting control and scrolling your mouse?

Dillen

igy you can rip Office for free if you know how to use torrents... you're right it should be a staple on all computers, it's ridiculous how expensive it is too.

Did you try hitting control and scrolling your mouse?

that seems to just be copying the icon and pasting a new one

IGY....scroll your mouse in the middle of your desktop, away from any icons that you have on there.

Right click and select "Properties."

Click the "Appearance" tab.

Click "Effects"

Make sure there is no check mark in the box next to "Use Large Fonts."

Click "OK"

Also, check your pm's for Office 2010 info.

ice grillin you

i dont have properties when i right click....but i did have "view" which gives you options for small medium or large icons

thanks

Then yeah, you're probably running Windows 7.  Right click on "My Computer" and hit Properties and it should tell you right there what your operating system is.

http://www.utorrent.com/

Click the "free download" link, and download that program. And then go here and click "download .torrent". When the box comes up, set it to "download with uTorrent" and you should be set.

Or do whatever sarge told you to do in his secret classified PM.

i do torrents for movies and music.

so, if i search for a windows office torrent, what do i do after i download it?  is it as easy as clicking on the downloaded file and it will install?
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

Office used to be included but there was some anti-trust suit that forced it to be sold as a separate add on.

So yeah unless you rip it then you pay $99+ like I did when I bought this laptop a few weeks ago

Or you can get Open Office, which is free and works with MS Office's formats just fine.
